Biography
From 2001 until 2003, Bradford Berenson was Associate Counsel to President George W. Bush. He worked on judicial selection, the Patriot Act, the authorization for military commissions, detainee and anti-terrorism litigation, and the creation of the Department of Homeland Security. He is currently Vice President and Senior Counsel, Litigation and Legal Policy, for General Electric Company. Previously, he was a litigation partner at Sidney Austin LLP, and a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
