Tarek Dergoul is a British Citizen. He traveled to Afghanistan after September 11, 2001 where he was wounded and sold to the U.S.. He was held at Bagram, then Guantanamo, and was later repatriated to the United Kingdom in 2004.
After being detained for nearly three years, Moazzam Begg was released without charge to British police in January 2005.
