Saad Madi Saad al Azmi is a citizen of Kuwait. He was arrested in Pakistan by Pakistani police. After being held in both the Kandahar and Bagram detention facilities, he was detained at Guantanamo from Spring 2002 until November 2005, when he was repatriated to Kuwait. He was tried and acquitted by a Kuwaiti court.
In November 2005, Adel Zamel Abd al Mahsen al Zamel was one of five Kuwaitis acquitted by a Kuwaiti court and repatriated to Kuwait.
