Jennifer Bryson worked for the U.S. Department of Defense from 2001-2007 and spent 2004-2006 as an interrogator at Guantanamo Bay. She has a PhD in Arabic and Islamic studies from the Yale Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations.
